2019 Report Women Changing the World

Each year, the Digital Women’s Day gives the opportunity to think about the inconceivable under-representation of women in the digital business and at the head of companies in France. For its 7th edition, under the theme “Women Changing the World”, the report co-realized with Capgemini Invent, focuses on revealing valuable lessons and concrete actions to improve the representation of women in the digital workspace. Thousands of participants responded to the study to analyze the state of representation of women in the digital, this year, the report focused on education, financing and self-confidence.

Digital Women’s Day and Capgemini Invent, interviewed 1100 entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, collected the testimonies of a dozen actors, essential in the identification of the levers of actions and concrete solutions to the service of a better representation of the women. The entire study has been unveiled on April 17 in Paris, at Maison de la Radio.
